After a complete examination at our office, Dr. Lewandowski will diagnose all your dental concerns, discuss and prioritize treatment options that are best for you. Our front office team is happy to assist in arranging financing to fit your budget needs and schedule treatment that works for your busy lifestyle. In addition, we will do our very best to predetermine with your dental insurance so you are aware of your deductible when applied
and estimated copayment.

We want you to understand your treatment and financial obligations in advance, so you can have that peace and security of knowing exactly what treatment will be performed and your estimated cost. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance. The patient must be aware of your plans, yearly maximum, deductibles, and copays.
Dental Insurance
We participate with most private insurance plans. Our staff will help with your insurance paperwork and will do our best to answer any questions you may have about your coverage. We urge all of our patients with any concerns, to call a representative from their insurance company. Remember to bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit. Should your insurance not cover the estimated cost, please understand you are ultimately responsible for the payment of all services.
